1.For the 2014 VMAs, Katy Perry and Riff Raff wore Versace recreations of Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake's famous matching all-denim ensembles.
Spears and Timberlake, of course, wore the outfit to the 2001 AMAs.
2.At the 2021 BRIT Awards, Dua Lipa paid homage to Amy Winehouse in a Vivienne Westwood dress.
It was similar to the Preen one Winehouse wore to the 2007 BRIT Awards.
3.Lipa's Atelier Versace look for the 2021 Grammys paid homage to Cher.
Lipa's butterfly bodysuit mimicked the outfit Cher wore to the 1974 Grammy Awards.
