It’s good to know that some things from our childhoods are still going strong, like the Barbie DreamHouse. Barbara Millicent Roberts, which is Barbie’s real name, bought her first DreamHouse in 1962 even before women were allowed to open their own bank accounts. She’s always been a woman of the world! Now 59 years later, a new Barbie DreamHouse has been unveiled to keep your love of the pink-loving doll going.

The 2021 Barbie DreamHouse is 41 inches wide and 43 inches tall, and has 10 indoor and outdoor play areas with customizable features. The over 75 pieces let your little one have endless fun and make up stories with their friends, just as you did as a child.

When you first look at the pink dollhouse, your eyes probably jump around to all the cool designs. Some key features include a working elevator, party room with a DJ booth, second-story slide with a pool, balcony with a repositionable hammock swing, and a puppy play area that has its own pool and slide.

To bring the dollhouse even more to life, it has a range of realistic effects, including two soundscapes, three songs, eight light color options, and four light settings, like day mode, night mode, party mode, and mood lighting. The working elevator can lift and lower four dolls at a time or a Barbie in a wheelchair. So whether you want them to cook on the BBQ grill on the bottom floor or move to the deck for a disco, they’ll move in style.

You can order the 2021 Barbie DreamHouse online at a variety of retailers, including Amazon, Walmart, and Target for $179 or $199.99, depending on the retailer. Let the toy tradition continue!
