Better late than never: After more than two decades in business, Shopbop just launched an entire section dedicated to “extended sizes.”
Back in 2018, Fashionista reported that the retailer only offered 762 styles in a size US 14/XL out of the 16,092 ready-to-wear styles available on its site. Now, the size offerings have expanded to 14-24 or XXL-3XL.
It’s true that the fashion industry has certainly made strides when it comes to diverse sizing. However, even in 2020, it’s still a struggle for curvy girls to hunt down chic clothing that’s in line with their personal style. Thankfully, though, Shopbop has it handled now.
Shopbop is also currently running a sale with discounts up to 40 percent off spanning across every closet category. From purses and jean to blazers and summery dresses, you can find virtually anything you’d ever want or need in the Shopbop sale section.
