Simply sprinkle a few pieces of rice in your cupcake tin before putting the paper casing in.
The rice will cook, but not burn, and the bottoms of your delicious baked goods will stay dry.
TikTok users were amazed by the simplicity of the trick.
"You have just changed my life," one said.
"What a fantastic idea," another wrote.
Bon appétit!
