Florida woman caught on video walking her dogs in a unicorn costume

A Florida woman is going viral for the unusual new way she’s decided to walk her dogs.

Tiffany Roehr, who lives in the town of Bradenton, has been self-quarantining amid the current global health crisis, according to Newsflare.

But that doesn’t mean her dogs can stay inside all day. So Roehr devised a plan to ensure the pups got fresh air — all while keeping distant from her neighbors.

That solution? A gigantic, inflatable unicorn costume, which she wore when walking her dogs on March 30. According to Roehr, the idea was more of a lighthearted joke than a permanent fix.

“I wanted to have some fun since our state was under a safer at home order,” Roehr told Newsflare. “So I got dressed up and took my dogs for a short walk.”

Roehr’s town may have been under a safer at home order, but the majority of Florida had not yet followed suit at the time. That will change on April 3, when the entire state will enter a mandatory stay-at-home period until April 30.

Will Roehr continue walking her dogs in the same way during that period? Only time will tell.
