When it comes to living a healthy work-from-home lifestyle, staying hydrated is just as important as scheduling time to be active and away from your workspace.

If you haven’t found a trusty water bottle to keep by your side all day, don’t worry: We’ve found a smart gadget that can help. The HidrateSpark water bottle tracks how much water you’ve consumed, so you can forget about manually tracking how many ounces you’ve drunk.

This genius water bottle syncs to its corresponding HirdrateSpark smartphone application via Bluetooth to track how much water you’ve consumed. When it’s time to refill, it will even send you reminders via text message — a sensor inside the water bottle checks the water level periodically.

Hands down my favorite part about this innovative water bottle is that it will light up to alert you when you need to take your next sip. It’s a pretty convenient reminder when you’re flying through work emails at home and can’t be bothered to double-check how much water you’ve had.

To get started, the app will determine your personalized hydration goals based on various factors including your height, weight, gender and activity level. Based on those metrics, you’re given a water ounce goal to try to hit each day.

The app’s dashboard displays a hydration ring that you’ll fill as you drink more throughout the day. Not only can you integrate the app with Apple Health to track activity and access your metrics from a smartwatch, but you can also connect with friends through to keep each other motivated. And if you ever leave your HidrateSpark at the gym, you don’t have to worry about losing it, as you can find it based on its last synced location on the app. (To ensure your sip data is synced correctly, it’s helpful to keep your bottle close to your device so that it can continually update throughout the day.)

While the water bottle is on the pricier side at $60, consider it an investment in your well-being — you’ll be more hydrated (and happier!) than ever.
