Meghan Markle may love her high heels, but she’s also a fan of comfortable flats. In a rare outing for the royal, Markle decided to don comfortable flats as part of her go-to casual style. And the kicks are from a brand she wears time and time again: Rothy’s.

On Feb. 14, Markle was seen wearing the brand’s flats at the airport while returning to Canada with Prince Harry after a trip to Miami to speak at a conference. The style star wore a casual cardigan with dark pants and a button-up striped shirt, pairing it all with a new Rothy's style that she’s never been spotted wearing before.

Markle has often worn Rothy's best-selling point flat in black since last year, especially during her 2018 tour of Australia with Harry. But on Feb. 14, Markle was spotted in the brand's warmer, luxe merino-style shoe, called the Merino point in shadow. If you need a pair of cold weather flats, the Merino point may be for you.

Rothy’s aren’t just any comfy flats. Regular Rothy's gently hug your foot with a flexible material made of fabric created from repurposed water-bottles. The new Merino point flats are made with that same sustainable material mixed with merino wool for extra warmth.

The shoes are comfortable, sleek, washable and durable, making them a good choice for royals and regular folk alike.

If you want to make like Markle, there’s a pair of Rothy’s for every season. And who doesn’t want to toss their heels to the back of the closet for a bit? You won’t even be sacrificing your style while giving your piggies a break.
