20 Self-Care Items I'm Gifting My Friends This Year

I've decided to stick to a new rule this holiday season: I'm only buying friends and family self-care products. Why? Well, have you met 2020? It's been an intense, highly-stressful year. And while the prospect of 2021 and a fresh start seems so promising, we're still going to have to deal with the fallout from this spectacularly crazy year (COVID-19 included).

I'm thinking that all of my loved ones just need a break to themselves, some quiet time, and some good ol' fashioned TLC, especially this time of year and into the next. Since self-care is sort of my "journalism beat," so to speak, I'm getting ready to shower my friends and family with everything I've learned about it.

Here are a couple of things I have on my gifts list this year—feel free to steal these ideas. And guess what? Most of them are on sale right now thanks to Cyber Monday deals. A win-win, I think. Happy shopping and gift-giving!
