Ambitious Capricorn’s Spice Girls planner was jam-packed with every extracurricular activity they could possibly cram in there. They were probably the captain of the volleyball team, president of the yearbook club and were vying for valedictorian, so their social life took a backseat. In their 30s, however, Caps have figured out the balance between work and play and are living their best lives. While they’re still relentless workaholics—probably in top management positions at their jobs—they’ve found the value in appreciating the finer things in life. From luxe vacations to relaxing spa days, when they’re not leading their teams to supersede their quarterly goals at the office, these earth signs love reveling in the fruits of their labor.

Libra (September 23 to October 21)
If there’s one sign whose high school stories are the stuff of legend, it’s Libra. Their grades may not have been the best, but they had charm to spare. These social butterflies were friends with everyone on the debate team, all the basketball jocks and every clique in between. Because they got along with everyone, they were the ones selected to host the annual spelling bee, MC Homecoming and got the lead in every school play. Oh, and of course, they were prom queen.
