Here Are The Best-Dressed Celebs Who Were Really, Really Close To Being Topless
When someone gave fashion designers the message that "less is more," they ran with it, because now our favorite celebs are out here basically topless, and it feels as if this trend might be here to stay.
Whether they're gracing the steps of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City or stepping out for an exclusive Oscars afterparty, breasts and backs are more exposed than ever to accentuate the body and celebrate the curves.
