October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month, and as a mom who had a rainbow baby after two consecutive miscarriages, it’s a month that’s close to my heart. Going through pregnancy after experiencing a loss can be extremely challenging, and it’s a journey that’s different for everyone.
I experienced a lot of challenging emotions when I had my rainbow baby. On one hand, I was overjoyed to experience the gift of a baby again. But on the other hand, I still grieved for my losses and didn’t want them dismissed.
