13 Questions I Have After Watching The "Snowfall" Season 5 Premiere

Season 5 of Snowfall is back and looks as promising as ever. Now that Franklin is off the cane, it's time to see if he will go back to his killer ways. Here are 13 questions I have going forward following the two 1-hour-long episodes premiere.
1.Where the heck did Franklin’s baby mama come from?

Snowfall putting this woman in a major spot on the show with no background or introduction made me think I missed a major episode last season when the case is that she’s a new character. Franklin has bad luck with women, and I think this might be another case of that.
2.Is Skully going to get it back in blood?

Skully is such an entertaining character who last season completely went away from his roots after his daughter passed. But after Manboy and Khadija were killed by Jerome last season, I think we see a Skully appearance this season, maybe at Jerome and Louie's Wedding.
3.Is Wanda staying clean this whole season?

One of my favorite moments so far this season was seeing Wanda cleaned up and working to get some bread. Franklin let her stay at his childhood home, and she’s doing great. After asking Leon if she can get back in the game, he rejected. I wonder does this start a downward spiral or does this make Wanda find her own way to become a Queenpin?
4.Is Louie snitching this season?

Bringing up new characters again, we are introduced to a Black cop who raids a Black family and is in the desire to appease his white counterparts. This cop's energy is not normal. Then he proceeds to ask Louie to snitch on someone in order for him to continue to help her. Going forward, I wonder if Louie and Jerome are going to be in situations to crack and have to fold under the pressure of snitching.
5.Does Peaches have the package?

In the 1980s, especially 1985-87, we see the boom of HIV and AIDS. 1986 is the first time we see over 1 million people infected with the virus. This makes me wonder if Peaches' case of the “summer cold” is something more. My mind went to him possibly doing drugs, but Peaches wouldn’t do that with Franklin as his boss. Hopefully, he gets over his “cold” soon.
6.Do we trust Franklin's baby mama?

I’m sorry this is really bothering me. We don’t know this woman, and after a year, Franklin is supposed to trust her with his child and as a confidant over his business. IDK, something is up.
7.Are we going to see a Melody appearance?

The final scene of Season 4 shows Franklin going to a church in Odessa, Texas (Shoutout Texas! Howdy!) to find Melody and let her know that Irene was dead. Before this scene, we have to remember Mel is the person who shot Franklin and caused him to be on a cane. So does she come back with a better plan to get revenge for her daddy or call it a quits?
8.Is Gustavo ever going to go find Lucia?

The mystery of Lucia is the longest-running question on this list, since she's been gone, and it's apparent Gustavo is waiting on the right time to find her. Is this the season where he finally looks for his girl?
9.What does Avi got up his sleeve?

Avi, as this series has gone on, has been questionable on whose side he is really on in this war. Is this the season Avi flips on someone or reveals that he is also working for the CIA or another higher power? Time will tell.
10.Is Alton Dead?

One thing we know about Teddy McDonald, aka Reed Thompson, is that when he shoots, he doesn’t miss. When he pulled up on Alton in Cuba, it looks like Alton knew his fate, but we didn’t see what happened after. Hopefully, Teddy let him live his life in a brand-new country.
11.Why is Cissy still in Cuba, and is she ok?

So this is where I’m ultimately confused. If Alton is dead, why is Cissy still in Cuba?
Cissy is Franklin’s everything, and unless Alton is still alive, I don’t understand why she is still away an entire year later. UNLESS Teddy paid her off to stay away or even worse, killed her after he killed Alton to create the ultimate Teddy vs. Franklin War that has been building in the past few years. This makes me ask one more question, but only if Cissy is dead.
12.Who is the woman acting as Cissy on the phone?

Now, this is a question that’s based on a hypothetical, but I cannot put anything past Teddy McDonald. When Franklin’s mom called Franklin, the phone call was short due to connection and seems like something that may have been a constant thing. I just hope Teddy is not having a woman act like Cissy on the phone with Franklin.
13.Is Franklin ever going to leave the game?

This season, we see Franklin pick up learning how to fly planes and wants to take real estate even more seriously, but does he realize he’s only 24 and got so much more in life to enjoy?
