According to Variety, the third season of “American Crime Story” will tell the story of the impeachment of President Bill Clinton. And who will play the role of Monica Lewinsky? None other than our girl Beanie Feldstein. Can we just take a moment to say, this casting is absolutely perfect.
The 26-year-old actor has starred in recent coming-of-age classics such as Lady Bird and Booksmart. In a way, Beanie’s looks are a visual representation of coming-of-age. They’re fun and youthful (patterns! colors!), but they’re also super put together and mature. And fun fact: Her brother (Jonah Hill) is such a fan of Beanie that he got her tattoo stenciled on his arm. So sweet! We love a good sibling love moment.
While we’re not quite ready to make our love for Beanie known in such a permanent way, we’re more than willing to take a look back at all of our favorite Beanie fashion looks. Here’s a round up of all the times Beanie knocked it out of the park.
A princess, a literal princess:
Beanie hits on a major style trend of the moment: the tiered prairie-style dress. Of course, she elevates the look with metallic pumps.
Beanie ❤️’s Miu Miu:
For the Miu Miu show during Paris Couture Fashion Week in July, Beanie wore the brand and looked amazing doing so. “Miu Miu has always been an absolute obsession of mine,” Beane told Vogue. “My friends and family always joke that is my dream style. What I absolutely adore about Miu Miu is that they are effortlessly chic but also incredibly playful and whimsical. Also most Miu Miu features bows and collars, and you’ll never meet a girl who loves bows and collars more than I do.”
A print that screams BADDA-BING!
This blue floral print might have lived another life as a tablecloth, but it looks much better on Beanie. The sparkly details shine just like Beanie does.
A pocketful of sunshine:
Beanie absolutely glows in this Shrimps yellow-daisy dress. Though it is unfortunately no longer available, good news: a similar one is currently on sale via Matches Fashion. Whether you don the look to a red carpet event or a high-afternoon tea, we’re so glad Beanie brought this look into our lives.
Red is Best:
Beanie teaches us about the art of simplicity in this simple red dress. The scalloped neckline adds a nice detail that proves a good look is all in the details.
A look worthy of NYE:
The first thing I thought of when I saw this fit was: EXCUSE ME??? How dare Beanie look so good in sequins.
Beanie Cosplays as a Yayoi Kusuma Infinity Room:
Beanie’s dress printed with hundreds of metallic circles reminds us of the artist Yayoi Kusuma’s famous Infinity Mirror installations. AKA: Beanie is a literal work of art.
Beanie hits the streets of New York in a gingham frock layered over a graphic long sleeve with an exaggerated collar. It’s a look worthy of having a picnic inside an Alice in Wonderland book.
The best accessory? A magazine with your face on it.
This photo and look are so cute, I have no words.
🎵Beanie you’re a firework 🎵:
At the LA premiere of Booksmart, Beanie changed up her beauty look with a smokey eye. The makeup and dress that resembles a firework display are Teen Vogue approved.
The trick to wearing prints? CONFIDENCE.
Beanie ONCE AGAIN teaches us how to wear prints. Honestly, we’re forever in her debt for the fashion skills she’s taught us.
