What’s the vibe at this place? Classy and indulgent, much like its Four Seasons home, the stylish Dahlia Spa, a 21,500-foot space, has the only quartz sand therapy treatment in the emirate. The third-floor wellness space exudes intimacy, extravagance, and relaxation.
Take us into the room. How was the session itself? Treatment rooms are spacious and welcoming, with crisp whites, chocolate browns, and statement mashrabiya (locally inspired wooden latticework). Our facialist was friendly and thorough; the scents were understated yet fresh; the music was soothing and products hailed from high-end brands like Swiss Perfection, MarocMaroc, Sodashi, and Biologique Recherche.
What about after the treatment? After our 60-minute anti-aging facial, we headed upstairs to the light-filled relaxation area. Robes and fluffy brown towels were plush and comfortable.
What do they do best here, then? And how can we make sure we get the most out of it? Our skin was brighter at the end of the hour—an impressive feat. Be sure to visit at least 30 minutes ahead of time to enjoy the dedicated men's and women's wet areas, where you can soak in the hydrotherapy pool, use the steam room, or relax on one of the heated loungers.
