The "Today" weatherman Al Roker has won his way into our hearts many times over the years. Whether it’s his comical dad jokes while spouting off the forecast or riding around in the Roker-Mobile at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, we can’t help but smile when we see him on our screen.

And just when we thought we couldn’t love him more, we found out what he always buys from Trader Joe’s. There are some real fan favorites on his shopping list that our editors stock up on too—plus some ones that we’ve never even thought to try before. We’ll be sure to grab them next time we stop by our local TJ's, and we just might be thanking Mr. Roker for our new go-to items. From breakfast and dinner to the snacking in between, these are the 10 Trader Joe’s products Al Roker can’t live without.

Al Roker's Favorite Trader Joe's Items

Mozzarella Rolloni

The easiest charcuterie board addition ever—meat and cheese rolled into one! Each box features both prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella and spicy salami-wrapped mozzarella.

While these Rollonis are great for entertaining, Roker also likes to carry them for easy pick-me-up snacks. He says he throws some in his backpack when he travels for a bit of protein.

Eggwich Breadless Breakfast Sandwich

Roker calls these his “Egg McMuffin” alternatives, in the interview with Today.com. The breakfast sandwiches have cheese, turkey sausage, and two fluffy scrambled eggs in place of the traditional bread. They’re probably great for Roker’s busy pre-show mornings because they only take two minutes to cook in the microwave.

Sweet and Spicy Pecans

The Sweet and Spicy Pecans are perfect for snacking because they’re the ideal blend of heat and sweet, but Roker buys them for a different reason.

“I chop those up and put them in my overnight oats,” he told "Today."

Fully Cooked Pork Belly

What’s for dinner in the Roker household? TJ’s pork belly.

“Sometimes as an entrée, I’ll just get one for each of us and then heat it and slice it, I might put a little Trader Joe’s barbecue sauce on top or a teriyaki type of glaze that I’ll slap on after I’ve heated it and put it under the broiler, just to crisp it up a little bit,” he reported to "Today."

Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Who doesn’t like these Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups? They’re so good they’ve got a cult following, which apparently includes Roker. We knew our favorite protein-loving weatherman had a sweet tooth too.

Barebells Protein Bars

You can get Barebells Protein Bars at a lot of grocery and specialty stores, but Roker buys them from Trader Joe’s. They’re yet another snack he adds to his travel bag when he’s on the road—he especially likes the Cookies and Cream flavor, according to "Today."

World’s Puffiest White Cheddar Corn Puffs

When he wants a savory snack instead of a sweet one, Roker turns to these white Cheddar corn puffs. Trader Joe’s version of Pirate’s Booty is ultra-cheesy, crunchy, and made with real cheese—it’ll have you eating it by the handful.

Crunchy Chili Onion

Another crowd favorite that made Roker's list is Trader Joe’s version of chili crisp. The Crunchy Chili Onion is a versatile condiment that is great on eggs, pizza, and TJ’s frozen dumplings (which are among one of Roker’s co-anchors Jenna Bush Hager’s favorite Trader Joe’s products). But Roker opts to use the Crunchy Chili Onion on something a little different: tinned fish.

Tinned Fish

Roker revealed that he loves Trader Joe’s tinned fish—specifically the Wild Caught Boneless & Skinless Mackerel and Wild Caught Sardines. While we’ve personally never tried TJ’s tinned fish, anything that lets us eat more Crunchy Chili Onion is worth it.

Korean Style Beef Short Ribs

Finally, when he has a special occasion—like a tailgate or party—Roker heads to TJ’s expansive frozen foods section. There he’ll get the Korean Style Beef Short Ribs to serve along with a few other appetizers.

“For the Super Bowl, or if I’ve got a party here, some friends coming over, I will get an assortment of their dim sum and shrimp, and maybe the Korean-style ribs,” he reported.
