10 Apple Watch Apps That Could Help You Achieve Your Health Goals

It’s still early to tell how widely adopted the newly released Apple Watch will be, but one thing is for sure: It’s got some pretty interesting apps that you might find useful in reaching your health goals.

The smart watch, which was released April 24 and starts at $349, comes installed with apps such as Activity (which helps you see how much you’re sitting, moving, and exercising) and Workout (which shows your time, distance, calories, speed, and pace as you run, walk, or cycle). It can even track your heart rate, using sensors. And in addition to the built-in apps, there are a number of third-party apps that have functions special to the Apple Watch.
