Olivia Palermo's Style Evolution Proves She Never Had An Awkward Phase

We first learned of Olivia Palermo on the reality show "The City," and have since followed her every (fashionable) move. The blonde reality star-turned-model has made a name for herself in the style world, first by working at places like DVF and Elle magazine and then eventually by starting her own lifestyle website.

It's safe to say that the 29-year-old is almost always the best-dressed person in the room. So we decided to take a look back at some of her outfits from the past few years to see how her sense of style has changed. We have to admit, we were expecting to see a few questionable choices (especially from the mid-2000s -- maybe a sequin bolero or a pair of unsavory Ugg boots), but alas, this lady has never made a bad sartorial choice.

Take a look at some of Palermo's most memorable looks over the years and stew with us over the fact that she never had an awkward phase.

Bella Hadid

Her older sister Gigi might be the model of the moment, but we think 2016 is going to be Bella's time to shine. The 19-year-old has been working the catwalk and magazine spreads like a pro and we can't wait to see what the new year has in store.

Alicia Vikander

This Swedish actress and dancer has already made a name for herself overseas, but it's her role opposite Eddie Redmayne in "The Danish Girl" that is making her a star stateside. Add that to her relaxed yet radiant red carpet style and she's definitely one of our favs.

Tessa Thompson

The "Creed" actress knows how to take a fashion risk and that's just one of the reasons we think she's a style star. From whimsical&nbsp;tulle-trimmed frocks to <a href="http://stylenews.peoplestylewatch.com/2015/11/09/tessa-thompson-creed-best-makeup-and-style-looks/">head-turning prints</a>, we've got out eye on the 32-year-old actress this coming year.

Billie Lourd

The 23-year-old actress keeps us on our toes each week on the TV thriller&nbsp;"Scream Queen" and delights us on the red carpet with her feminine style. After her small role in this year's "Star Wars" blockbuster, we're bound to see a lot more of Lourd.&nbsp;

Alexandra Shipp

After playing the late singer Aaliyah in the Lifetime biopic, Shipp impressed viewers and Hollywood. Now the 24-year-old is set to dazzle the big screen in the upcoming "X-Men: Apocalypse" -- which means lots of red carpets filled with her edgy flair for fashion.&nbsp;

Elodie Yung

There's no doubt that Yung is a great actress, but it's her effortless style that really makes us swoon. We'll be seeing a lot more of it too since she's set to play Elektra in Netflix's "Daredevil."

Olivia Cooke

Cooke already has a fan base thanks to her role on A&amp;E's "Bates Hotel" and it's only going to skyrocket now that she <a href="http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/heat-vision/steven-spielbergs-ready-player-one-821728">landed the lead role</a> in&nbsp;Steven Spielberg&rsquo;s "Ready Player One." Her penchant for colorful red carpet looks will also keep her in the headlines.&nbsp;

Jillian Hervey

She's the lead singer in the kickass rock band Lion Babe and one of <a href="http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/03/25/vanessa-williams-daughters-allure-april-2013-_n_2950408.html">Vanessa Williams' beautiful daughters</a>. Need we say more? This lady is destined for style supremacy.

Lily Rose Depp

The fact that she's the daughter of actor Johnny Depp and model&nbsp;Vanessa Paradis, already makes her eternally cool -- but this 16-year-old has the personal style to back it up. And with a <a href="http://www.huffingtonpost.ca/2015/07/15/lily-rose-depp-chanel_n_7803990.html">brand new modeling contract</a>, we're expecting Depp will be in a slew of upcoming runway shows and campaigns.&nbsp;

Gal Gadot

This Israeli beauty has been cast in role of "Wonder Woman," which hits theaters in 2017, so you know she's fierce. We're looking forward to all the no doubt wondrous ensembles she'll be rocking to promote the movie.

Jurnee Smollett-Bell

Smollett-Bell has literally grown up before our eyes. She has successfully and gracefully transitioned from a scene-stealing child star to a head-turning adult actor. And this coming year we get to see her shine some more in WGN's new drama series about America's slavery era <a href="http://www.wgnamerica.com/series/underground">"Underground."</a>

Rose Leslie

We know and love Leslie from her role on "Game Of Thrones" -- and her gorgeous red hair. In 2016 we'll fall in love with her even more when she stars opposite&nbsp;Idris Elba in "Luther."

Lottie Moss

Being supermodel Kate Moss' little sister means this 17-year-old has huge stilettos to fill. But we think Lottie is up for the challenge. She has already <a href="http://www.vogue.com/13380134/kylie-jenner-bella-hadid-lottie-moss-coming-into-own/">landed a Vogue spread</a> with fellow budding fashion icons Bella Hadid and Kylie Jenner.&nbsp;

Stephanie Sigman

We got to see Sigman work her magic this year in "Spectre." Once you're a Bond girl you're pretty much destined to be a style star. And thankfully her role on Netflix's "Narcos" will keep the lovely 28-year-old in the spotlight.
