The footage from the campaign trail last summer shows her meeting a very excited future constituent: Charlie the Bulldog, who interrupted a phone call.
The video was shared on Twitter on Thursday by Simone Norman, a comic and actor who also worked on Ocasio-Cortez’s campaign last year:
