Apple has announced the highly anticipated iPad Mini. You know what that means? The Cupertino giant has also created a whole new line of accessories for customers to swoon over, including a teeny new Smart Cover.

Available in six different colors, the iPad Mini Smart Cover has been redesigned to fit the 7.9-inch display of Apple's latest tablet.

"The Smart Cover snaps perfectly into place to protect your screen — without adding bulk," the company's website reads. "Open the Smart Cover and your iPad mini wakes up. Close it and your iPad mini goes to sleep. Fold the Smart Cover and it becomes a stand. It’s all just so, well, smart."

The WiFi-only version of iPad Mini is set to retail at $329 for a 16GB version, while the WiFi+cellular 16GB device will begin at $459. At the time of publication, Apple's website did not list a price for the iPad Mini's Smart Cover, though a press release pegged the accessory at $39.
