Jake Tapper Suggests Cartoon Answer To All Of Trump's Shutdown Problems

Jake Tapper thinks he knows who could have helped President Donald Trump negotiate an end to the ongoing partial government shutdown.

In the CNN host’s latest animated “State of the Cartoonian” series, he suggested that Trump’s own former fixer and personal lawyer ― convicted criminal Michael Cohen — may have been the perfect man for the job.
