Grabbing a Fall-themed beverage is one of this season’s greatest pick-me-ups—as long as you’re willing to ignore the shocking number of calories you’ll consume with every sip.

Vocativ analyzed the most calorific offerings from America’s largest coffee chains and discovered Wawa’s 24-ounce Pumpkin Cheesecake Creme contains five days worth of sugar and about as many calories as two McDonald’s Big Macs.

The Pumpkin Cheesecake Creme, introduced especially for Fall, contains 38 grams of saturated fat per 24-ounce serving when you add whipped cream, or 190 percent of your daily saturated fat allowance based on a standard 2,000 calorie diet.

But that’s only slightly worse than Burger King’s 20-ounce Pumpkin Spice Oreo Shake, which has 120 grams of sugar and almost half the standard daily calorie allowance at 890 calories. That’s more than 200 calories more than Panera Bread’s 20-ounce Signature Hot Chocolate: Ask for milk, whipped cream and chocolate chip marshmallows and you’ll down 610 calories.

If you really need to have that pumpkin spice, the healthiest offering of the drinks Vocativ analyzed is Dunkin’ Donuts’ large Hot Pumpkin Swirl Macchiato. With whole milk, it contains 390 calories and a quarter of your daily helping of saturated fat—unless of course you drink four of them.
