The Challenge: Push it. See how many push-ups you can do in 30 seconds, and repeat three times throughout the day while trying to improve your score each time.

The Benefit: It’s a quick, simple, no-equipment-required way to track your upper body fitness while also improving your chest, triceps, shoulder, and lower-ab strength. When you do this challenge, not only are you improving your strength — you’re being reminded of how strong you already are!
