Two threats were made on Saturday and Sunday when the Bozeman Police Department investigated two bomb threats that “occurred within the city limits of Bozeman,” according to a statement from the Bozeman Police Department. Two other similar bomb threats were received by authorities on Friday.

The flooding easing up comes after three people, two adults and one child, died in Texas as a result of the storm, Texas Governor Greg Abbott confirmed in a press conference Monday. Abbott said that a total of 91 counties in Texas have been impacted by the storm, which is more than a third of all Texas counties.

A U.S. soldier was detained in Vladivostok, Russia, on Thursday on charges of criminal misconduct, according to the U.S. Army. "The Russian Federation notified the U.S. Department of State of the criminal detention in accordance with the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations," Army spokeswoman Cynthia O. Smith told ABC News. During his leave, the soldier left of his own volition and was not granted any kind of permission to travel to Russia, the two officials said.
