Former President Donald Trump is on trial in New York City, where he is facing felony charges related to a 2016 hush money payment to adult film actress Stormy Daniels. Trump last April pleaded not guilty to a 34-count indictment charging him with falsifying business records in connection with a hush money payment his then-attorney Michael Cohen made to Daniels in order to boost his electoral prospects in the 2016 presidential election. Following the mid-morning break, former Trump Organization controller Jeffrey McConney's testimony resumed and jurors were shown a spreadsheet called -- a query voucher -- that documents the twelve $35,000 payments made to Michael Cohen in 2017.

Abducted 10-month-old girl has been found, officials say
A 10-month-old girl who was abducted in Clovis, New Mexico, was found Monday, according to the FBI Albuquerque Division. A suspect is also in custody, officials said. An Amber Alert for the baby, Eleia Maria Torres, was issued on Friday.

'Miracle': Pastor credits divine intervention after man pulls gun on him during sermon
A Pennsylvania church pastor said it's a "miracle" he's alive after an assailant drew a gun on him and pulled the trigger as he was giving a sermon Sunday about the "enemies of God." The Rev. Glenn Germany of the Jesus' Dwelling Place Church in the Pittsburgh suburb of North Braddock told "Good Morning America" that the suspect, who police said lived in a home near the church where officers found a man dead from a gunshot wound, was a stranger to his congregation. The incident was captured on a livestream video of Germany's sermon and showed a church deacon, Clarence McCallister, tackling the assailant from behind when the suspect's silver handgun jammed.

Missing zebra captured after 6 days on the run in Washington state
