Bindi Irwin says one special person in particular would be proud of her brother.
The conservationist, 21, recently shared a touching note on Instagram about how much her father, the legendary Steve Irwin, who died tragically in September 2006 from a stingray attack, would appreciate his son's presence.
"Dad, You would be so incredibly proud of Robert," she wrote about her brother.
"He has been such an amazing support during this beautiful new life chapter," she continued. "I know you’d be beaming with pride when the time comes that he walks me down the aisle."
"I wish you could be here for these moments, but I know that your spirit lives on in us," she added.
Bindi announced her engagement to Chandler Powell in late July, after her fiancé proposed on her birthday.
"Chandler, close to 6 years ago I fell in love with you and every day since has been a whirlwind of adventure and true happiness," she wrote.
"I’m so looking forwarding to spending our forever together as your wife," she added. "Here’s to a lifetime of friendship, purpose and unconditional love. — Now let’s get married already!"
She also recently shared a family photo alongside her mother, Terri, brother, Robert, and Powell, expressing her gratitude.
"Thankful to have such a beautiful family to hold my hand and share life’s most magical moments," she captioned the photo.
