For tips on slimming down, celeb nutritionist Haylie Pomroy said stars like Kirsten Dunst and Jennifer Lopez swear by her book, “Fast Metabolism Food RX." The five-to-10 day cleanse incorporates a plant-based protein mix, unlimited vegetables and a healthy dinner into your diet.

“It’s easy, it’s effective, a lot of our clients can lose 10 pounds in 10 days, 5 pounds in 5 days, but it’s more about just looking incredible,” Pomroy said.

For eyebrows like Emma Watson and Cara Delevingne, stars head to brow bar Makeup Mandy.

“Brow extensions [are] similar to the lash extensions where it’s a hair bonded to each hair, so it gives you that perfect eyebrow with no makeup,” said owner Amanda Jacobellis.
