Boeing's first astronaut-crewed flight into space has been called off due to a stuck valve on the spacecraft’s rocket Monday, the United Launch Alliance announced. The Starliner Crew Flight Test, developed in collaboration with NASA's Commercial Crew Program, was set to launch from Space Launch Complex-41 atop an Atlas V rocket at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida at 10:34 p.m. ET before it was called off. Abducted 10-month-old girl has been found, officials say
A 10-month-old girl who was abducted in Clovis, New Mexico, was found Monday, according to the FBI Albuquerque Division. A suspect is also in custody, officials said. After days of severe flooding throughout the South, Harris County, Texas Judge Lina Hidalgo said that Harris County is "out of the woods now." The flooding easing up comes after three people, two adults and one child, died in Texas as a result of the storm, Texas Governor Greg Abbott confirmed in a press conference Monday. Abbott said that a total of 91 counties in Texas have been impacted by the storm, which is more than a third of all Texas counties.

A U.S. soldier was detained in Vladivostok, Russia, on Thursday on charges of criminal misconduct, according to the U.S. Army. "The Russian Federation notified the U.S. Department of State of the criminal detention in accordance with the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations," Army spokeswoman Cynthia O. Smith told ABC News. During his leave, the soldier left of his own volition and was not granted any kind of permission to travel to Russia, the two officials said.
