Bobby Brown Arrested for DUI

Bobby Brown Arrested for DUI (ABC News)

Bobby Brown is facing another DUI charge after being arrested in Los Angeles early today.

The 43-year-old R & B singer was booked at Van Nuys Jail after being arrested when he refused a field sobriety test at Ventura Boulevard and Corbin Avenue, ABC station KABC reported.

Brown's arrest in Tarzana, Calif., overnight marks his second in the San Fernando Valley district this year. In March, a judge sentenced him to an alcohol treatment program, probation and a fine after he pleaded no contest to a DUI charge one month after his ex Whitney Houston died.

Calls placed by ABC News to representatives for Brown were not returned.

The New Edition singer admitted himself into a rehab facility in August, less than eight weeks after he wed his second wife, Alicia Etheredge-Brown, in Hawaii.

Brown has long struggled with alcohol and drug abuse. He also faced a DUI charge in Florida back in 1996.

In a 2010 interview with Oprah Winfrey, Houston detailed the cocaine and marijuana she and Brown did together. Cocaine was also linked to Houston's sudden death in February.
