Bindi Irwin shared her appreciation for a unique wedding present Russell Crowe gifted her on Monday.
In a post wishing Crowe, a close family friend, a happy birthday, the 21-year-old daughter of late "Crocodile Hunter" star Steve Irwin wrote: "Happy Birthday, @russellcrowe 💙 You’ll always be part of our family."
She added, "Even though we can’t see you right now, we’re giving the beautiful fig you gifted us a hug and thinking of you. Hope your day is extraordinary."
Irwin attached a photo of herself with her new husband Chandler Powell posing next to the Port Jackson fig that Crowe gave them.
Irwin and Powell married in a small ceremony at the Australia Zoo without guests on March 25 -- hours before a new restriction in Australia went into effect, limiting weddings to just five people, including the couple, the witnesses and the celebrant.
Irwin's mother, Terri, and younger brother, Robert, attended the ceremony.
Crowe appreciated Bindi's message on his birthday, sending her well-wishes in return.
"Thanks Bindi. Still amazed at how your ninja goddess mum @TerriIrwin got your wedding done just under the wire of isolation !!" he wrote. "She’s amazing."
