Beyoncé released the new music video for her song "Spirit," from the soundtrack of the new "The Lion King" film on Tuesday night.
In the artful video, which the singer said is designed "to show how God is the painter and natural beauty and nature needs no art direction," she shows off a wide variety of eclectic high-fashion looks. Zerina Akers styled the star.
One of the most striking looks Beyoncé wears in the video is a Valentino gown from the label's Haute Couture spring 2019 collection.
Another stylish ensemble is a black and white bespoke suit and durag from African designer Tongoro.
Beyoncé also wears a gold face piece and earrings from the designer.
Her custom gown from Brazilian label Maison Alexandrine is another notable look from the video.
Her pearl and shell gown had a unique matching headpiece.
A custom bodycon look from designer Mark Fast was another highlight.
Designer Shahar Avnet expressed her gratitude that Beyoncé wore her design in a emotion-filled Instagram post.
"You are my biggest inspiration. It is always an honor to be designing for you, and to work with such a professional team," she wrote about the singer alongside snaps of Beyoncé wearing the gown.
The designer behind Déviant La Vie also expressed thanks for its designs being included.
"To be a part of such a beautiful project will forever be the highlight of my life!!!" the label posted alongside images of Beyoncé and her dancers in the red looks.
