The objective of Whist is to work with your partner to win as many tricks as you can during each hand.

The game is played with 2 partnerships, with players sitting across from each other at the table. The main goal is to accurately estimate the number of tricks your partnership can win based on the strength of your hands and to win those tricks during play.

A trick consists of each player playing one card, and the highest card of the leading suit wins the trick.
