The Vacationer’s Pina Colada
Grab the blender (one that can crush ice), and transport yourself to a tropical locale with this tiki classic. We think this cocktail — sweet, creamy, and fruity — is definitely the best use for cream of coconut.
Forget the usual maraschino cherry or paper umbrella; instead, take it up a notch with a fresh pineapple garnish: Cut the slices thin, leave the skin, and divide into a skinny triangle of fruit to insert into each glass. Cheers!
