For her Sweet Potato Cake, Person mixes puréed sweet potatoes with toasted pecans, and she fills each layer with broiled marshmallows whipped into cream cheese. She finishes the exterior with brown sugar icing and tops the whole thing with more marshmallows and candied nuts.
