Summer Must: Cucumber Gin & Tonic Popsicles

Oh my. Now here is something that just screams summer. A gin and tonic is one of the most refreshing alcoholic beverages to sip on during warmer months, no question. Add in some crisp cucumber slices, and you’re speaking our language. Super easy to make and beautiful, too, these spiked popsicles are the perfect warm-weather party pleaser. Read on to learn how to make them!

Ingredients

3 cups tonic

1 ½ oz. gin

½ lime, juiced

½ cup cucumber slices

Directions

Mix together tonic, gin, and lime juice. Place cucumber slices into popsicle molds, then pour in gin-and-tonic mix. Freeze overnight before serving.
