No-Rise Pizza Dough
Makes 2, 10-inch pizzas
1 1/8 cups all purpose flour, plus more for rolling
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
½ cup milk
2 tablespoons extra virgin oil

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Sprinkle flour onto work surface. Place dough on surface. Knead and work into a ball. Split ball in half. Using one half, sprinkle rolling pin with flour — this will help dough from sticking. Roll out dough to a 10-inch round and ¼ inch thick. Repeat with the other half, or refrigerate until ready to use. Dough will keep in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days, or in the freezer for up to three months.
