In case you haven’t noticed, Chris Pratt is a mega-babe. Or at the very least, he is doing something extremely right when it comes to his fitness regimen. The actor, known for his starring roles in “Guardians of the Galaxy” and “Jurassic World,” has made headlines in the past for his successful weight loss and transformation from cuddly dad-bod yielder to jacked action movie star. Now, according to Pratt’s recent tongue-in-cheek Instagram post, you can have his ripped body too with the help of a new diet: “The Game Plan.”

As it turns out, Pratt, who was born in Minnesota and raised in Washington, is an avid hunter and fisher. “I grew up in the woods. Not literally. I mean, we had a house. I wasn’t raised by coyotes. But I spent a lot of time in the woods. Hunting, fishing and being outdoors with my friends and family is how I spent my free time as a young'n,” he says in his lengthy Instagram post.

Along with a picture of the 36-year-old actor holding a large knife in one hand and a slice of just-butchered venison in the other, Pratt lays out the concept behind his new diet for the world: “I’m going to start a diet I called ‘The Game Plan’ where basically I only eat wild game for a year.” He goes on to add, “for one year I want to eat only the meats that were caught or killed by me or my friends. Total free range organic wild game! The game plan. Join me.”

However, it doesn’t quite seem like Pratt is totally sold on his own system, as the actor — who would likely have a hard time finding wild deer to hunt on his Hollywood movie sets — goes on to list some “other stuff” he’ll probably have to eat, too. Namely: fruits, veggies, chicken, steak, oysters, “definitely bacon,” the “occasional burger,” pepperoni, fried turkey on Thanksgiving, ham, lamb, and, of course, “sushi because I have to have sushi because it’s so good.”

So… maybe “The Game Plan” isn’t exactly the strictest of diets, but we don’t really care. As long as it means another year of seeing Chris Pratt shirtless on our screens, we’re all for it.
