Chilled Affogato Float Recipe
The root beer float — remember that? This is it all grown up, with espresso and an Italian accent.
Coffee lovers can double the java flavor by using coffee ice cream with the espresso — lightweights might prefer to go with vanilla! Add cold milk (use whole milk — go on, live a little!) and top with cold seltzer water.
It’s tall, frothy, very cold, and kind of indulgent … kind of addictive too.
