Behind the Scenes at a Dim Sum Palace

The Hong Kong-style dim sum restaurant Jing Fong has occupied New York's Chinatown for more than 30 years, but it only just joined Instagram in June.

And wow. The account has been dazzling us with mouth-watering pictures of delicately steamed parcels of sweet barbecued pork, steamed vegetables, and minced shrimp, not to mention outrageously colorful desserts.
