Egg Baked in a Tomato

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 6-8 minutes
Total Time: 15-20 minutes

Ingredients:
3 Roma tomatoes
6 eggs
Salt and pepper

Directions:
1. Set oven to 450˚F.
2. Slice tomatoes lengthwise and scoop out middle.
3. Crack 1 egg into each tomato half and add salt and pepper.
4. Bake for 6-8 minutes (less time for runnier yolks).
5. Enjoy.
