Cuomo Says He May Take Ventilators From Private Hospitals to Save Lives

Apr.03 -- New York Governor Andrew Cuomo says he will use his authority to take ventilators and protective gear from private hospitals and companies that aren’t using them. “If they want to sue me for borrowing their excess ventilators to save lives, let them sue me,” Cuomo said.
