It's been one year since marijuana became legal in Canada. Legal dispensary sales in Canada's first year are expected to hit $1 billion. It's a big number but the black market still outsells the legal one and cannabis stocks haven't taken off. Ellen Deutsch, the COO of Stem Holdings, is betting that will change especially here in the U.S.
