For those that don’t know, dotard is an insult that targets an old person The typical meaning is that they are senile, or no longer of the right mind.

President Trump responded to the insult from Kim Jong Un with the following message on Twitter Inc (NYSE:TWTR).
“Kim Jong Un of North Korea, who is obviously a madman who doesn’t mind starving or killing his people, will be tested like never before!”
