Zoey Stark: Trish Stratus Really Changed Everything About Women’s Wrestling

WrestleZone recently spoke with Zoey Stark, who shared which Trish Stratus matches have meant the most to her personally.

“Trish has done a lot for this business, for women’s wrestling, in general. She did hardcore matches with Victoria,” Zoey Stark explained. “But the one that really sticks out, to me, was her main event match with Lita. That one, when I watched that as a kid, [it made me think] us women can do things in WWE.

“If Trish didn’t do that, I don’t know if I would really be in the business today,” Stark added. “Trish really changed everything about women’s wrestling. Because Trish was able to main event RAW, that led to us women being able to main event WrestleMania. We’re taking over the world.”
