Expelled Rep. George Santos seemingly sat for an interview with satirical talk show host Ziwe on Monday.

The comedian — known for her confrontational, no-holds-barred interviews with "iconic guests" — posted apparent photo evidence of their sit-down on her social media accounts after the two publicly flirted with the idea earlier this month.

In Ziwe's first photo, Santos is pictured wearing a blue blazer and carrying what appears to be an Hermès Birkin bag with stacks of cash hanging out of it.

The Ziwe host then shared an additional photo of her and Santos, writing, "he stole the birkin right out of my hands…"

The prop Birkin bag is a clear nod to allegations of public theft that led to Santos' historic expulsion from the U.S. House on Dec. 1. A career-ending report by the House Ethics Committee alleged that Santos — among other things — used campaign funds to shop at Hermès and other unrelated retailers.

Santos and Ziwe first raised speculation about a forthcoming interview last week, when Ziwe wrote on X, ".@MrSantosNY would you be interested in a pay-per-view interview? you’d be an iconic guest."

Santos — who has spent a large chunk of time since his ouster filming selfie videos on Cameo — responded, "Let’s do it @ziwe" with a winking emoji.

Santos was expelled from the U.S. House of Representatives in an exceedingly rare move reserved for serious misconduct earlier this month, becoming only the sixth of more than 11,000 U.S. representatives in history to be ousted from Congress' lower chamber.

The New York Republican — who was mired in controversy even before his January swearing-in — entered the national spotlight on a rocky note, as story after story cropped up about him lying about his past, allegations of running fraudulent schemes accumulated, and a prospective staffer accused him of making unwanted sexual advances.

Santos was hit with a 23-count federal indictment earlier this year that tells a similar narrative, featuring a variety of theft and fraud charges involving his congressional campaign. (He pleaded not guilty to each of the criminal charges and has not yet gone to trial.)

A damning report released by the House Ethics Committee — which spent several months investigating Santos but does not have the power to lay criminal charges — delivered the final blow to the congressman's career, explaining that the investigatory subcommittee "unanimously concluded that there was substantial evidence" of him engaging in fraud.

The committee further alleged that Santos misused campaign funds for his own personal purposes by purchasing things like Botox injections, OnlyFans subscriptions and items from luxury retailers such as Sephora and Hermès.

Since leaving office, Santos has made light of the allegations, including on Ziwe's set, with the Hermès bag (it's unclear if the bag is real or faux).

On his now-popular Cameo page, he describes himself as a "Former congressional 'Icon'! 💅🏼" and "The Expelled member of Congress from New York City." There, for a hefty price, users can order a custom video in which Santos offers a birthday or holiday greeting, with other options for him to spread gossip or roast the beneficiary.

In one Cameo, Santos offers a family holiday wishes and says, "Please spend some money on yourself on gifts this year. It could be anything, from Botox to luxury goods of any kind, like a trip to Hermès, makeup from Sephora or a subscription to OnlyFans." He ends the video by blowing a kiss to the camera.
