Zendaya Said Country Club Chic, but Make It Red-Carpet-Worthy

At this point, we’d compare Zendaya and her stylist, Law Roach, to other unstoppable duos, like Serena and Venus Williams, Rihanna and A$AP Rocky, or the Olsen twins. This pair’s terrain of choice, however, is the red carpet.

While attending the London premiere of her new movie, Challengers, Zendaya served up yet another ace with her look: a radiant white custom ensemble from Thom Browne that just screamed elevated country club. In keeping with her sporty “method dressing,” the Emmy-winner wore a maxi halter dress that was covered in white sequins and featured a pattern of subtle off-white tennis rackets all over.

In another nod to the sport, which is central to the new film, the skirt featured long pleated panels of the same sequined fabric, interspersed with sections of white mesh, creating the appearance of a tennis net. The bottom of the skirt, which featured a high leg slit, was stitched with the brand’s signature blue and red stripes, while the bodice was buttoned up all the way to the collar.

Bows clearly continue to be a dominant trend, as indicated by the decorative ribbon along the waistline of the look, almost like a belt. Zendaya accessorized with a matching large bow in her hair, which was tied into the long braid that fell down her back. She also wore large silver diamond earrings and a chunky bracelet, both from Bulgari. She added a pair of pointy white heels.

This is just the latest stunning ensemble from the Dune star, who has been grabbing headlines nearly nonstop thanks to all of her Challengers press looks. From glittery dresses and tennis ball-skewered heels to gauzy white gowns and checkered jackets, it’s fair to say Zendaya is taking home the fashion Grand Slam.
