‘Zeke and Luther’ Star Adam Hicks Arrested on Armed Robbery Charge
A former star of the Disney XD series “Zeke and Luther” has been arrested in connection with a series of armed robberies, the Burbank Police Department said Thursday.
Adam Hicks, who played Luther on the series, was arrested Wednesday and is being held on $350,000 bail, the department said. Hicks’ alleged accomplice, a 23-year-old woman, was also arrested and is being held on bail.
According to police, at approximately 5:15 on Wednesday morning, a man was approached while walking by a man suspected to be Hicks, who was armed with a handgun, and pointed the gun at him and demanded his wallet.

The man was able to escape, but while police were investigating that incident, ” three additional armed street robberies occurred within minutes of each other.
“All three took place in the Burbank hillside community and involved unsuspecting victims out for a walk,” police said. “The victims all provided similar descriptions of the suspect and his vehicle.”
At approximately 1:15 on Wednesday afternoon, police were led to a home believed to be linked to the suspects, leading to the arrest of Hicks and the female.
