Home Improvement actor Zachery Ty Bryan was arrested on Friday for felony assault.

TMZ reports that police in Eugene, Oregon responded to a dispute between Bryan and an unidentified woman. Bryan was not present when law enforcement arrived, but he was later tracked down and arrested.

Bryan was previously arrested for allegedly assaulting his then-girlfriend, Johnnie Faye Cartwright, in October 2020. He ended up pleading guilty to two lesser charges: misdemeanor menacing and misdemeanor assault.

Despite the incident, Bryan and Cartwright got engaged in 2021, and they share three children.

Earlier this year, The Hollywood Reporter found that Bryan allegedly scammed several people into investing in a crypto company and owes them tens of thousands of dollars.
