Country star Zach Bryan is giving back to his Oklahoma fans and neighbors.

In the wake of devastating tornadoes that cost at least two people their lives and many more people their homes, Bryan, who is from Oologah in northwest Oklahoma, decided to help. He announced on social media that he is making a donation to help folks recover and rebuild.

The “Something in the Orange” singer said all proceeds from the merchandise sold on the opening night of his "The Quittin Time Tour" at the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City, will go to the recovery efforts in Barnsdall, Oklahoma. “All merch profits from OKC night one will be donated to help Barnsdall recover from the horrible tornado,” Bryan shared on the social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter.

"I’m not saying this for credit, I’m just letting anyone going to the show know where your money will go after the show," Bryan added. "I love you guys and I’m so stoked to play."

The devastatingly powerful tornado tore through the small city of Barnsdall in Osage County on May 6, resulting in two deaths. The tornado carved a 27-mile path across the state, according to Fox Weather. While this was the first storm of its magnitude to hit the Sooner state since 2016, it's the second time Barnsdall, a rural community of 1,400, was hit this year. Per The Oklahoman, the last storm damaged homes on April 1.

Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with this community and all of those impacted by the recent outbreak of severe weather.
