Manhattan: Tuesday, Oct. 13 at 9 p.m. on WGN America
One of the best shows you’re probably not watching has quietly built one of the strongest TV ensembles around. New cast members in Season 2 include William Petersen and Neve Campbell; they’ll join returning players John Benjamin Hickey and Olivia Williams as the pivotal “Manhattan Project” continues to take shape.

Nathan For You: Thursday, Oct. 15 at 10 p.m. on Comedy Central
That mastermind behind “Dumb Starbucks” kicks off a third season of using his skewed business acumen to garner his clients some attention…and make viewers crack up.

The Knick: Friday, Oct. 16 at 10 p.m. on Cinemax
Steven Soderbergh may still be retired from feature filmmaking, but just try prying the camera out of his hands when it comes to television. As with the first season of his period medical drama, the Oscar-winning director helmed all 10 episodes of Season 2 without a break.

Jesse Stone: Lost in Paradise: Sunday, Oct. 18 at 9 p.m. on Hallmark
