YoungBoy Never Broke Again is jumping straight into the deep end as he begins to unveil his forthcoming album Decided 2, set for release on Nov. 10. Ahead of the record, the rapper has shared three new singles: “Deep Down,” “My Body,” and “Now Who.”

The trio is fitting lead into the album that marks YoungBoy Never Broke Again’s third full-length album release of the year. In January, he kicked off the new year with I Rest My Case, followed by Don’t Try This at Home in April. He’s been spending a lot of time at home, serving house arrest at his Salt Lake City residence in Utah. There, he spends a considerable amount of time in the studio recording music that could fill three albums dozens of times over.

Decided 2, in particular, suggests a continuation from Decided, the mixtape the rapper released in September 2018. The record featured the pivotal releases “No Love” and “No Mentions.” Of the three new singles, only “Deep Down” received an accompanying music video release. In the video, NBA YoungBoy raps around a bonfire and plays video games in his living room. Elsewhere, someone in a full-body wetsuit drags a sheet-wrapped corpse into a body of water.

“Mississippi River ain’t too for from where I was livin’/Five minutes, put your body in it, so many nights, we put choppers in it,” he raps. “Duckin’ cops, whip full of stolen goods/We playin’ robbers in it.”

In an interview with Billboard earlier this year, the rapper described his house arrest as “the best thing that ever happened to me,” later explaining: “I like to just stay in one small space where I don’t have to worry about anything that’s not safe.”
